Space – Designed to fit the customer requirements for space and shape.
Stability – Uses two rows of balls, widely spaced for stability. A single row can be used dependent on load and stability specifications.
Axial and rotational functionality – Additional movement/functionality can be incorporated to allow axial rise and fall, as well as rotation.
Low friction – Low friction axial movement for operating microswitches and sensors.
Integration of function – Higher complexity of movement can be integrated dependent on available space – north, south, east, west, push, pull, CW, and CCW.
Integration with mating parts – Custom attachments to mating parts such as clips and screws, can be integrated and moulded into raceways.
Integration of information displays – The centre space can be open or closed for LED’s or screen information.
Materials – BNL tailor materials to application, defined by life, load & environment.
Haptics – Bearing designs include tuned haptics for specific indexing, feedback and quality feel.
Testing – BNL will test all products against industry standards in conjunction with customer testing and requirements.
Customisation – BNL can design the bearing for use with customer specific sensors.
